Hello All,

The soaring season is just around the corner and the Diner Soar will be opening for business. So, I guess I should introduce myself.

My name is David Gould and I will be taking over operations of the deli this spring. Both Sandra and I were born and raised in the Boston area, but for the past fifteen years or so we have been spending as much time as we could here in the valley. Soon, we will be calling Warren home as we pull up stakes and leave Andover, Mass.

Most of my experience has been in contract feeding which includes schools, health care and high end corporate dining. However, I have also been involved with the operation of several restaurants in the greater Boston area. We owned and operated an upscale Italian restaurant in Beverly, Mass for several years with a good steady customer base.

At the airport, I plan to offer a full breakfast including all the usual fare and daily specials. We will also be serving lunches including hot and cold sandwiches, pasta specials, salads, soups and some unique offerings. I plan to use, when possible, all local growers and producers of fine foods. Catering is also available.
